A large chat destination that offers an impressive number of topics.
Though it is not particularly difficult to understand, you will find ICQ a better chat destination if you have confident online skills. There is an impressive range of online chat rooms that cover almost any topic you can think of, but this could be daunting for a newcomer. The help section for novices is adequate, but the size of the site might put off the more bashful. Offering more than just chat, ICQ is good, but might take a little getting used to.
